Hey guys, I’m Dr. Emil Tompkins. We’re going to talk about side is sleeping today because over the years, one of the things that I recommend.
Is that if you have trouble with your back, you’re going to want to sleep on your side. And when you’re sleeping on your side, you want to have a pillow between the knees. But sometimes that can be problematic. How big of a pillow, how much of a pillow, where do my legs need to be? There are a lot of different things to think about, and it’s really hard to.
To find the right size of pillow for you. It can really be uncomfortable and it can make for some tossing and turning at night. And if you don’t have things set up in just the right way that tossing and turning is going to cause a lot of discomfort up in the morning and this discomfort is something that you are not going to want.
so there is a solution. I found this pillow. And this simple little pillow is so good for me. I just feel like I have to share it with people. This pillow, my wife found that at Walgreens, it’s called the contour legacy pillow. It’s a leg pillow that you just fit in between your knees and as you’re lying in that position, that sideline position, it keeps your legs in the right spot.
It keeps your pelvis good and balanced. It’s made of the material that keeps things cool. So it doesn’t really get hot. And let me tell ya, I felt so good. after, sleeping on this at first, I didn’t think I felt too bad when I woke up in the morning, but when I woke up in the morning and I wasn’t stiff and walking around like the tin man, I was sure thankful for this darn pillow.
