via Spinal injections may not aid lower back pain | Fox News.
This article talked about the fact that spinal injections may not be the most effective treatment for lower back pain. I think that doesn’t come as a surprise to many. Most people don’t want to have injections however when it’s thought to be the only option, people will do just about anything to feel better. What was interesting about the article, it later said that another option to getting spinal injections was to get “more spinal injections” I think our society is looking for another option. There really are things that you can do to make some dramatic changes to the pain in your back, but it’s not easy and you have to work at it, but the results have been amazing.
